- Express Shipping: Need your swimwear faster? We offer express shipping for a flat fee of $15. Express orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days.
International Shipping
- Standard International Shipping: We ship globally! International shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times typically range from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.
- Express International Shipping: For quicker delivery, choose our express international shipping option. Rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey.
Important Notes

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. They must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and hygiene stickers attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on where to send your return.
- Ship Your Return: Package your items securely and include your return authorization number inside the package. Ship the return using a trackable shipping method to ensure it reaches us safely.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. You will receive a notification email once your refund has been issued.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchange Process: To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the item you want is in stock.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@essentialswimwear.com within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
